Description
Caroline Cashion is a beautiful, intelligent, professor of French literature. Then, in a split second, everything she's known turns out to be a lie. A bullet is found lodged at the base of her skull, but Caroline has never been shot. Now she learns the truth: she was adopted at three after her parents were murdered. A cop lets slip that she was wounded by the same bullet that killed her mother. Caroline is horrified and in danger . . . the bullet in her neck could finger a murderer.
