Title from container label.
General Note
"For decades, the high school boys basketball tournaments have been a cultural phenomenon in South Dakota. Kings of the Court celebrates our love affair with the game and a century of state championships. Using photos and footage combined with contemporary interviews, the documentary tells a fascinating story. Kings of the Court includes accounts from players, families, sports reporters and coaches. It explores how the rules and tournaments have evolved, making basketball into the game we know today. The documentary is based on research and a book by Dave Kemp and is narrated by Mike Henriksen"--Container.
