Tommy has a new baby brother named Dil. Even though baby Dil is a big pain, Tommy doesn't want his friends to take him back to the baby store, but before they know it they are on an adventure in the Reptar Wagon. While Tommy's parents are looking for them, Tommy's friends are about to trade Dil for a baby money.
